Our second-hand racking equipment is carefully inspected before it is sold. We check for issues such as warping, rust, damage and whether all parts are present. Only equipment that is still in good technical and visual condition is put back on sale by us.

Every beam, post and support is assessed for functionality. Components with structural damage (such as warped beams or bent posts) are sorted out and not offered for sale.

We supply the used racking, including essential components such as locking pins, anchors and base plates. So you won’t be faced with any surprises.

Yes, we aim to offer only racking systems that still comply with the current European standards for warehouse equipment. Safety and reliability are our top priorities – even when it comes to second-hand systems.

If there is any doubt regarding the origin or condition of a part, it is subjected to a technical assessment to check its strength, stability and any visible damage. You can therefore rest assured that the equipment is still safe to use within its specifications.

The maximum load capacity depends on the brand, type and model of the racking. This is because each manufacturer applies different construction standards, profile thicknesses and material strengths.

Workload capacity is therefore not universal, but depends on:

• The beam length
• The profile type of uprights and beams
• The distance between the uprights (span)
• The brand (e.g. Stow, Mecalux, Dexion, Esmena, etc.)

For every piece of used racking equipment we offer, we clearly state the maximum load capacity per beam level and per upright on the product page. This way, you know exactly what to expect in advance and what the racking is suitable for.

Yes, a warehouse inspection is mandatory under the European standard. This standard stipulates that storage systems such as pallet racking and shelving must be visually inspected by a qualified person at least once a year.

Why is inspection compulsory? Warehouse racking falls under the category of "work equipment". Under the Working Conditions Act, you, as an employer, are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment. This means that you must have warehouse racking inspected regularly for damage, wear and tear or misuse.

You will receive a full inspection report
Following the inspection, you will receive a clear and concise report setting out any findings and recommendations. This will ensure you comply with the requirements of the Working Conditions Act and help you avoid the risk of accidents or liability.
