The following returns policy applies to business customers:<\/span><\/p>

  1. No right of withdrawal for business-to-business transactions:<\/strong>
    • The right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B transactions, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.<\/li>
    • Returns of used materials are not permitted<\/strong>. Materials or products that have been used and are no longer in their original condition will not be accepted for return.<\/li>

      • Bespoke and special orders<\/strong>: These items are excluded from returns.<\/li>
      • Inspection period<\/strong>: In some cases, an inspection period may be agreed. Where applicable, the item must be inspected within the agreed period and any defects must be reported in writing without delay.<\/li>

      • Miscellaneous Provisions:<\/strong>
        • Returns will only be accepted following written approval from our customer service team. Any costs incurred in returning goods are to be borne by the buyer.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>

          As a consumer, when making a distance purchase, you have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, with the exception of the following situations:<\/p>

                    Any defects that are not reported within the specified 24-hour period will be deemed to have been accepted, and we will be unable to take any further action in this regard.<\/p>

                    Refunds<\/strong><\/p>

                    Once you have returned a product and we have received and processed the return, we will initiate the refund as soon as possible. We do our utmost to process your refund as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned items.<\/p>
